Definitions
In this context – “company” shall mean Billionaire of Light LTD and/or its affiliates;
“user” shall mean any person who accesses the Billionaire of Light LTD online resources, irrespective of the manner of access and includes users who register an account with Billionaire of Light LTD online resources;
“Billionaire of Light LTD online resources” shall mean the digital information network operated by or on behalf of the company, irrespective of the manner of access.

Except for user content and third party advertisements, the company is the sole owner of any and all content on Billionaire of Light LTD online resources, including but not limited to all applicable intellectual property rights, text, images, audio, video and all other material.

Users accept that use of Billionaire of Light LTD online resources content may be made only for personal and non-commercial purposes and so long as you include sufficient attribution of any such content. Any other use is strictly prohibited, unless otherwise previously authorized in writing by the company.

3. Liability
Users accept that to the extent allowed by law, the company shall not be responsible for user content and third party advertisements contained on Billionaire of Light LTD online resources.

4. Data protection
The company is committed to the highest standards in the processing of personal data and shall process users’ personal data in accordance with The Data Protection Act (2018), any national implementing legislation and any other applicable laws and/or regulations enforceable from time to time. 5. Product and Service Purchase Agreement

By accepting the purchase of any product or service provided by Billionaire of Light Ltd, viewing such products, or using such products or services, you ("Customer") acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Both you and Billionaire of Light Ltd acknowledge that these terms and conditions constitute the exclusive agreement governing the sales transaction between you and Billionaire of Light Ltd. Any attempt by the Customer to modify, supplement, or amend these terms and conditions will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and will be deemed null and void. Additionally, please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to carefully review these terms and conditions each time you place an order or receive delivery of any goods or services from Billionaire of Light Ltd.

a) Product Concerns

If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding Billionaire of Light Ltd or your purchases, please feel free to contact us by sending an email to info@edouardbrault-energy.com.

b) Refund/Return Policy

Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason. Instead, we provide a store credit or offer an exchange that can be applied to any other online course program available on our website. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must send an email to us within 3 days of your initial enrollment.

Requests for exchanges or store credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny any exchange. It is important to mention that a 20% processing fee will be charged and deducted from the value of the exchange or credit for all approved exchange requests. After the 3-day exchange period, no further exchanges or store credits will be issued under any circumstances.

c) WARRANTIES

All products and services are sold on an "as-is" or "with all faults" basis. Billionaire of Light Ltd makes no representations or express warranties regarding the product or service, except for those explicitly stated in this document. The company disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranties arising from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance.

6. Applicable law
This agreement is governed by United Kingdom’s law. In the case of a dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom’s courts.

Users shall keep the company indemnified from and against all proceedings, claims, demands, damages, fines, costs, expenses and/or charges taken, made or awarded against the company and/or its employees or agents out or in connection with any user content or third party advertisements including actual, alleged or inadvertent defamation, misdescription, false trade description of goods and services offered, error or omission or infringement of intellectual property rights and/or privilege.
